It all began in the 1980s when Don Rufino Lecea started bottling his wine. Today, his work is continued by his son Luis Alberto: a harmonious symbiosis of state-of-the-art technology and proven tradition.

The winery's special feature is the historic "Calados" - a network of centuries-old caves up to 14 metres deep. Here, the wines mature at a constant 13 °Celsius under ideal conditions. The grapes come from 30 hectares of own vineyards, including old vines that lay the foundation for Reserva and Gran Reserva.
