    Finding the correct bra size?

Feeling comfortable in your bra will help you feel happy and confident; you will find tips, tricks and information on these topics in this bra guide:

    • Your perfect bra: The most common fit problems and what can help.

    Don't accept badly fitting bras!

These are the most common bra fit problems and our tips to help you feel comfortable in your bra:

The base of the bra provides the necessary support for your bra, so it is important to wear the right size. If it cuts in, then you are probably wearing a too small a bra size. If the base of the bra band slides up at the back, then it is probably too loose and you are wearing too large a size. Either choose a tighter hook or use a smaller circumference size.

Do your breasts protrude over the cups? Then you either need a larger bra cup size or a larger circumference if the base of the bra band is also too tight. Do you feel that your cups have extra room? Then try a smaller cup size. If the base of the bra is also too wide, try a smaller circumference.

The straps should run parallel to each other at the back and neither slip nor dig in. If the straps cut in, loosen them slightly. If they slip, tighten the straps a little.

The bra band should lie as flat as possible on the body without pinching or sticking out.

    How to wash your bras:

    Tip 1: Wash your bra

Even if your bra isn't dirty, you should wash it every two to five days. The reason for this: skin oils, perfume residue or body lotion can damage the bra fabric in the long term. Note: Don't forget a laundry net to protect the bra during washing!

    Tip 2: Dry your bra

Do you hang your bras lengthwise on the line after washing? We recommend not to do this, as bras can lose their shape. It would be better to place bras on a clothes horse or hang them by the bra band so that the weight is evenly distributed.

    Tip 3: Temperature

Always follow the recommendations on the label. For bras, for example, a wash at 30 degrees is often sufficient. Almost all detergents are also suitable at low washing temperatures.

How to find your bra size:

Once you've found your size, you can start looking at designs and different styles. From plain t-shirt bras to more pretty lace bras, there is a huge choice.

This is how you measure your bra size:

    • The best way to measure yourself is with an unpadded bra.
    • The base of the bra measurement is taken directly below the breasts. Stand upright and breathe normally.
    • The chest circumference measures your body circumference at the widest part of your chest.

Do not apply the measuring tape too loosely or too tightly and make sure that it stays level and does not slip when measuring.

There is a bra for every type and every look.
