Add a mix of fruit and veg into your diet
Adding veg into your diet boosts nutrition. Try peppers for vitamin C, broccoli for vitamin K & carrots for vitamin A.
- 2
Eggs are a cheap source of protein
Eggs are a versatile, protein-packed staple and much cheaper than meat. A must-have for those with active lifestyles.
- 3
Leave the skin on your potatoes
Not only does leaving the skin on potatoes give you an extra hit of fibre, it saves you time on your prep!
- 4
Use freezer bags to create flavour-packed meals
Simply add your protein to a freezer bag and add flavourings you fancy. Store flat in the freezer for when you need it.
