A chance to win £1000 of Shell GO+ Rewards Points Terms & Conditions
Eligibility and Promoters:
This instant win promotion is available only to members of Lidl Plus who are residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and aged 18 or over.
Promoters:
Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited (company number 03625633) whose registered office is at Shell Centre, London, SE1 7NA (the “Shell”), who is responsible solely for the provision and redemption of the prizes.
Lidl Great Britain Limited (company number 02816429) whose registered office is at Lidl House, 14 Kingston Road, Surbiton, KT5 9NU (the “Lidl”), who is responsible for administering the Promotion via the Lidl Plus app.
1. Lidl gives its customers the opportunity to take part in the Promotion run by Shell.
2. This Promotion is an instant win promotion: prize values (Shell GO+ Rewards points) are pre-randomised and allocated automatically when an eligible participant accesses the offer in the Lidl Plus app.
3. This promotion begins at 00:00 on 11 March 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 11 April 2026.
Eligibility restrictions:
4. The Promotion is open to Lidl Plus members only. Employees and officers of the Promoters, or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the Promotion (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to participate.
5. Each eligible participant may only redeem one (1) promocode.
How to participate:
6. Each eligible participant who successfully claims the offer during the Promotional Period will receive one Shell GO+ Rewards promocode which is claimed via the Lidl Plus app.
7. The promocode will be available to claim from the Lidl Plus app during the Promotional Period.
8. To redeem the promocode, an eligible participant must be a member of Shell GO+ Rewards and must have access to the Shell App. Lidl Plus app members who are not already Shell GO+ Rewards members can open a new account by registering via the Shell App or online at https://www.shell.co.uk/shell-go-plus.html.
9. The promocode will be converted into Shell GO+ Rewards bonus points when entered into the promocode section of the Shell App.
The Prizes and prize allocation:
10. A maximum of 111,606 Shell GO+ Rewards promocodes will be able to be claimed during the Promotional Period.
11. 60,000 promocodes will have a value of 100 Shell GO+ Rewards bonus points. The remainder of the promocodes will be worth 200, 1,000, 2,000, 10,000 or 200,000 Shell GO+ Rewards points.
12. The promocode, and therefore the Shell GO+ Rewards points associated with it, will be allocated at random at the point at which each participant accesses the code in the Lidl Plus app.
The Prize:
13. Where a prize consists of 200,000 Shell GO+ Rewards points, 25% of the points will be credited immediately, with the remaining points credited within 48 hours.
14. A maximum of one promocode may be redeemed per one Shell GO+ Rewards account.
15. Promocodes must be entered into the Shell App on or before 11 April 2026. Any promocode not redeemed by this date will expire and be invalid.
16. If three (3) invalid promocodes are entered into a customer’s Shell GO+ Rewards account in one day, the account holder must wait 24 hours before attempting to enter a promocode again.
17. Shell GO+ Rewards points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
18. Shell GO+ Rewards points can be used in full or part payment for selected goods and services at participating Shell service stations and to purchase eGifts via the Shell App.
Important: In accordance with the Shell GO+ Rewards programme rules, members must earn a minimum of 25 Shell GO+ Rewards points through qualifying transactions before Shell GO+ Rewards points can be spent.
Data Protection:
19. Shell may collect and process the following data about participants: name, contact number, email address, date of birth and county of residence.
20. Shell will process Personal Data solely in connection with Shell GO+ Rewards membership and rewards redemption, in accordance with its privacy policy available at: shell.co.uk/privacy.html.
21. Lidl will process participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance with its privacy policy available at: Privacy Notice | Privacy & Legal | Lidl GB
General:
22. Use of the Shell App and participation in the Shell GO+ Rewards programme is subject to Shell’s standard terms and conditions available at: http://shell.co.uk/shellgoplustc. 23. The Promoters reserve the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at any time and without notice only where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
24. Any attempt to misuse the promotion, including multiple entries, fraud, or manipulation of the process, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards. This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the mechanisms of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants . Where the Promoters determine that any actions have impaired the Promotion, the Promoters may, at its sole discretion, take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions.
25. This promotion is governed by English law.
26. The Promoters accept no responsibility for system errors or other issues beyond their reasonable control that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. Neither the Promoters nor its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any failure which is within the control of the Promoters or its agencies.
