Downward-facing dog: From a four-footed position, push your buttocks upwards and stretch your legs and arms. Lower your heels towards the floor and relax your neck.
Low lunge: Place one leg forwards between your hands, keeping the knee of the back leg on the floor for now. Stretch your arms upwards, consciously lower your hips
Small pyramid: From the low lunge, push your hips backwards, stretch your front leg and pull the tip of your foot upwards.
High lunge: From low lunge, lift the knee of the back leg and straighten your upper body. Keep your arms bent at shoulder height for the so-called cactus pose.
Warrior 2: From Downward-Facing Dog, place one foot forwards between your hands. Turn the back foot to a 90 degree angle. Then come up. Your front leg remains bent, your back leg is straight. Stretch your arms out to shoulder height.
