• There are 9,000 pairs of codes in total available across all the Lidl Mudder Events. Only 1 code per customer is permitted.

• If Event is closed or sold out we will not be able to make the code valid because of safety reasons on site.

• If the Event becomes sold out, the code will be invalid as our registration will have closed online. Registration to each event must be made more than 4 days prior to the event. After this, the code will not be valid. The code does not guarantee entry to the event for Lidl Plus customers. If the event sells out Lidl Mudder will not be able to honour the codes in these circumstances.

• Lidl Mudder and Tough Mudder encourage customers to use the Offer and purchase using their code as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

• The code is not exchangeable for a voucher or a refund

• Spartan Race UK Operations Limited (“Tough Mudder”) reserves the right to cancel the Event because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Tough Mudder .

• If an Event is cancelled by Tough Mudder, participants will have the option of being transferred to another event of the participant's choosing or to be refunded.

• To the fullest extent possible in law, Lidl does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of this Offer or the Events.

• Events’ age and height restrictions - Lidl Mudder participants must be aged 5-12 at the date of the event, be at least 1.1 metres tall and be accompanied by an adult .

• Note: A chaperone (18 & up) can be responsible for up to 2 minors (under 18) and must stay with the minors on course at all times.
