• If Event is closed or sold out we will not be able to make the code valid because of safety reasons on site.

• If the Event becomes sold out, the code will be invalid as our registration will have closed online. Registration to each event must be made more than 4 days prior to the event. After this, the code will not be valid. The code does not guarantee entry to the event for Lidl Plus customers. If the event sells out Tough Mudder will not be able to honour the codes in these circumstances.

• Tough Mudder encourages customers to use the Offer and purchase using their code as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

• The code is not exchangeable for a voucher or a refund.

• Spartan Race UK Operations Limited ("Tough Mudder”) reserves the right to cancel the Event because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Spartan.

• If an Event is cancelled by Spartan, participants will have the option of being transferred to another event of the participant's choosing or to be refunded

• Events’ Age restrictions – The minimum age for Tough Mudders events events are as follows (you must must be this age as of the event date):

• 5K and 10k: ages 13 or older

• 15K & Infinity ages 14 or older

Note: Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by someone age 18 or older at all times.

Note: A chaperone (18 & up) can be responsible for up to 2 minors (under 18) and must stay with the minors on course at all times.
