TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION LIDL UEFA WOMEN’S EURO 2025™ TICKETS PRIZE DRAW

1. PRIZE DRAW

1.1 Lidl Great Britain Limited (hereinafter, Lidl or we or our or us) is conducting a prize draw called the Lidl UEFA Women’s EUROs Tickets Prize draw (Prize Draw).

1.2 By participating in this Prize Draw you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of participation (Terms). With your consent, your personal data will be disclosed to Lidl Great Britain Limited by Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, Stiftsbergstraße 1, 74167 Neckarsulm, Germany to operate the Prize Draw.

2. ENTRY CRITERIA

2.1 This Prize Draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years old and over who are registered Lidl Plus (App) members and users of the App (Participant or you or your). The App can be downloaded from the "App Store" or on "Google Play". Valid passport and Lidl Plus App required to enter.

2.2 Employees of Lidl may not enter the Prize Draw and are not eligible to win a Prize.

2.3 The Prize Draw is not open to (i) a Lidl employee, (ii) an agent or (iii) a third party who is directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

3.1 To enter:

3.1.1 you must purchase a minimum of £10 worth of items (excl. infant formula and gift cards) at a Lidl store in Great Britain in a single transaction between 06:00am on 8 May 2025 and 23:59pm on 21 May 2025 inclusive (Prize Draw Period) and identify yourself as an App customer whilst paying at the checkout by scanning your digital App card;

3.1.2 each £10 spend in the Prize Draw Period is a Qualifying Purchase and each Qualifying Purchase will automatically give you 1 Prize Draw entry in your App. You can make multiple Qualifying Purchases in a single transaction (for example, if you spend £40 in a single transaction you will have made 4 Qualifying Purchases but you will need to spend at least £10 in a separate transaction in order to make a further Qualifying Purchase, additional spend will not roll over to a subsequent transaction); and

3.1.3 once you have completed a Qualifying Purchase and have 1 Prize Draw entry ticket (Entry Ticket), you must submit the Entry Ticket by clicking "SUBMIT MY ENTRY ” or “SUBMIT MY ENTRIES” on the home screen within the App during the Prize Draw Period. Please note that the receipt of an Entry Ticket will not automatically enter you into this Prize Draw. The Entry Ticket must be submitted in accordance with this paragraph 3.1.

3.2 An Entry Ticket gives you 1 entry to this Prize Draw. You can enter this Prize Draw multiple times by making Qualifying Purchases and submitting a Entry Ticket each time in line with paragraph 3.1 above.

3.3 If you have more than 1 Entry Ticket within the App which you have not yet submitted, you will submit all your unsubmitted Entry Tickets at the same time when you submit 1 Entry Ticket by following the steps set out in paragraph 3.1. You will receive 1 entry for every Entry Ticket submitted.

3.4 There are 20 Prizes (hereinafter defined) to be won in total. A Participant can enter this Prize Draw multiple times but can only win 1 Prize in this Prize Draw. A Participant will win the 1st Prize for which they are drawn and are eligible to win and any subsequent entries will be removed from the Prize Draw pool.

3.5 The Prize Draw shall appear in the home screen on your App during the Prize Draw Period.

3.6 An Entry Ticket cannot be added to your App retrospectively; you must follow the process in paragraph 3.1 above to enter.

3.7 All entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period. Any entries received after this time will be automatically disqualified and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

4 THE PRIZE DRAW

4.1 20 winners (each a Winner and collectively the Winners) from all Participants in the Prize Draw will be randomly drawn by Lidl within 5 working days of the closing date. Winners will be contacted from 27.05.25. Each Winner is entitled to 2 standard tickets for a UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 match in Switzerland (each a Prize and collectively the Prizes). Winners will be picked at random for each match in order of the below.

4.2 Winners will be given match tickets in the order in which they are shown below (all times are shown in BST).

England vs France (2 pairs of tickets) 5th July 20:00 Zurich

Wales vs Netherlands (2 pairs of tickets) 5th July 17:00 Lucerne

England vs Netherlands (2 pairs of tickets) 9th July 17:00 Zurich

France vs Wales (2 pairs of tickets) 9th July 20:00 St Gallen

England vs Wales (2 pairs of tickets) 13th July 20:00 St Gallen

Quarter Final (2 pairs of tickets) 17th July 20:00 Zurich

Quarter Final (2 pairs of tickets) 19th July 20:00 Basel

Semi Final (2 pairs of tickets) 22nd July 20:00 Geneva

Semi Final (2 pairs of tickets) 23rd July 20:00 Zurich

Final (2 pairs of tickets) 27th July 17:00 Basel

4.3 20 reserve winners (each a Reserve Winner, together the Reserve Winners) will be drawn at random, if the first Winner does not accept a Prize, Reserve Winners will be contacted in the order they were drawn as reserves. This will continue until all options have been exhausted.

4.4 A Prize also includes the following:

4.4.1 Outward and return journey from an already selected airport/railway station in the country. This is not necessarily the country of residence of the Winner. For example, if the Winner lives in Scotland, transport could be organized to depart from England and not Scotland. The Winner will need to provide their own transport to the selected airport/railway.

4.4.2 2 nights' accommodation within the period of the allocated match in a double room in a 3 or 4-star hotel near the match venue.

4.4.3 Catering for the duration of the trip on site in Switzerland (dinner on the day of arrival, breakfast at the hotel, dinner). Additional meals are not included (e.g., additional catering at the stadium).

4.4.4 Transfer to the stadium and back to the hotel.

4.5 The Winner has no influence on which match they will be allocated to. Further details (including the itinerary) will be communicated after the Prize Draw.

4.6 Each Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

5 PRIZE NOTIFICATION

5.1 All Winners will then be notified by e-mail on the latest e-mail address they have given for their App account on 21st May 2025 . Winner confirmation and initial communication with the Winner will be from our partnerships@lidl.co.uk email.

5.2 With the notification of a Prize, the Winner will receive a personalised email link which will be sent to the email address registered on the App. The Winners may also receive a phone call to the phone number registered on the App. The email will enable direct access to our third party travel management platform, where information regarding your travel will be provided and where you can upload further information such as passport details. The Winner will be asked to provide / submit the required details of themselves and their chosen guest. The guest can be either another adult or a child. If it is a child the Winner must be able to show (where reasonably requested) that they are the legal guardian or relevant authorisation from the legal guardian for that child.

5.3 If the Winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, the claim to a Prize will lapse and a Reserve Winner will be drawn using the same procedure (as described in paragraph 4.3). The Participant is responsible for the accuracy of the e-mail address provided. Cash payment of Prizes, payment in kind or exchange of Prizes is not possible. Winners will not be able to select the match, nor switch matches for another.

5.4 Subject to paragraphs 5.5 and 5.6 and without prejudice to Lidl's data protection obligations under relevant law, Lidl will make available the surname of the Winner, upon receipt of a written request to: data.protection@lidl.co.uk.

5.5 Participants to the Prize Draw have the right, at or before the time of entry, to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 5.4. You can object by contacting: data.protection@lidl.co.uk.

5.6 Notwithstanding paragraph 5.5 above, Lidl will provide the information set out in paragraph 5.4 upon request from the Advertising Standards Authority.

6 LIABILITY

6.1 If we fail to comply with these Terms we are responsible to you for loss or damage that you suffer which is a foreseeable consequence of us breaking these Terms, or any losses or damage you suffer as a result of our failing to use reasonable care and skill.

6.2 We do not accept any responsibility to you:

6.2.1 if you are unable to access the App or the Prize Draw due to there being no or limited WLAN connection available through your mobile device; or

6.2.2 for any losses or delays in transmission of messages, relating to any Prize, arising out of the use of any internet access service provider or mobile network service provider or caused by any browser or other software which is not under our control.

6.2.3 We do not exclude or limit in any way liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for failing to use our reasonable care and skill in providing the Prize Draw or Prizes.

6.2.4 We are responsible for damage to your property if the Prize Draw, or any Prize we have supplied, damages a device or digital content belonging to you. We will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that could have been avoided by following our advice to apply an update to the App, for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation and download instructions or your unlawful use of the App.

6.2.5 Lidl accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

6.2.6 Lidl may substitute a Prize deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in the place of any of the Prizes.

7 CANCELLATION

7.1 Lidl reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Prize Draw without prior notice for reasons beyond its control. Lidl may make this decision:

7.1.1 for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the system, manipulation or hardware or software failures, etc.); and / or

7.1.2 for legal reasons, if the Prize Draw cannot be carried out in accordance with these Terms,

and we will let you know as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the impact.

7.2 If the cancellation is caused by unlawful and culpable conduct on the part of a Participant, Lidl has the right to claim compensation for any damage suffered.

8 DISQUALIFICATION

8.1 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms by participating in this Prize Draw. Lidl reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prizes to anyone in breach of these Terms.

8.2 Lidl reserves the right to exclude Participants without prior notice and to prevent their participation.

8.3 All users who use prohibited means for participation (e.g. hacking tools, viruses, Trojans, etc.) will be excluded.

8.4 Participation in the Prize Draw by groups of players, automatic services, professional services or anybody who is not eligible under paragraph 2 above is not permitted.

9 GENERAL

9.1 The decision of Lidl regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

9.2 Data charges may apply when using the App.

9.3 The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and Participants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts except that if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

10 PROMOTER

10.1 The promoter of this Prize Draw is Lidl Great Britain Limited, Lidl House, 14 Kingston Road, Surbiton, England, KT5 9NU.

11 DATA PROTECTION

11.1 Details of the data controller:

Lidl Great Britain Limited is the controller for the processing of the personal data of each Participant. Lidl Great Britain Limited has appointed a data protection officer who is available at: data.protection@lidl.co.uk.

11.2 Categories and origin of the data:

In order to operate the Prize Draw, the following personal data will be disclosed to Lidl Great Britain Limited by Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, Stiftsbergstraße 1, 74167 Neckarsulm, Germany:

11.2.1 customer ID of each Participant in the Prize Draw;

11.2.2 the first name and surname as well as the e-mail address and telephone number of each Winner.

Furthermore, Lidl Great Britain Limited may collect any other personal data required to send or hand over the Prize directly from each Winner.

11.3 Purposes and legal bases of processing:

Lidl Great Britain Limited will use the personal data collected to operate the Prize Draw (e.g. drawing Winners, notifying Winners, sending a Prize). This processing takes place because you have given Lidl Great Britain Limited your consent (Art 6.1.a GDPR). Photographs or videos of the Winner could be taken during the Prize giving; these may be published together with the name and hometown of any Winner in promotional media of Lidl Great Britain Limited (e.g., press release, lidl.co.uk, employee magazine, Facebook). The processing of this data is based on our legitimate interest so Lidl Great Britain Limited can promote itself and its prize draws (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). In addition, there is a public interest (in particular on the part of the other participants) to see that a prize draw is taking place and prizes are being won. You have the right to object to your personal information being published or made available, or request to reduce the amount of information published or made available. You can exercise these rights by emailing: data.protection@lidl.co.uk. In such circumstances, Lidl Great Britain Ltd must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency if challenged.

11.4 Recipients/categories of recipient:

Data is only transferred to third parties where this is necessary for the implementation of the Prize Draw (e.g. sending the Prizes via a logistics company) or in order to publish any Winner (e.g. on Facebook). Apart from that, we do not transfer the data to third parties.

11.5 Storage time/criteria for determining storage time:

At the end of the Prize Draw and announcement of each Winner, the personal data of each Participant will be deleted.

11.6 Rights of data subjects:

Participants have the right to obtain information, free of charge, about the personal data stored about them. In addition, a Participant has the right to request the deletion or restriction of processing of its personal data as well as the right to receive a copy of the data in a structured format. A Participant has the right at any time to object to data processing that is necessary in order to protect legitimate interests of Lidl Great Britain Limited or a third party. Where a Participant has provided its consent, it is entitled to withdraw consent at any time.

11.7 You have the right to make a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in the United Kingdom which is the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). A complaint can be lodged with ICO on its website at: www.ico.org.uk or by contacting their helpline on 0303 123 1113.
