Questions about the Lidl homepage

How can I find my nearest Lidl store and its opening times?

We now have a user-friendly store locator on our website. Here you can search for a Lidl near you by simply entering a postcode or town. You can then print the opening times of your local Lidl store and a map of its location. Alternatively, please call our store location line on 0870 444 1234.

Why do I have to enter my postcode to find my local Lidl store and its offers and promotions?

By entering your postcode you can view all the latest offers in a Lidl store near you, rather than only being able to see the offers that are available in the whole of the UK.

Will my favourite Lidl store be saved?

Yes, if you have cookies enabled on your web browser. In order to show current products in our latest offers, the entered postcode is saved to show current products on offer in your local store.

By visiting the homepage will my personal details be stored?

By visiting http://www.lidl.co.uk, your personal details will not be collected. However, so that you can get the most out of our homepage we have set up cookies. For more information please refer to our privacy policy statement.

What are Cookies and why are they used on the lidl.co.uk website?

A Cookie is a small text file, which is stored locally on your computer. This file makes using the website more personalised to you by keeping your preferred store and the items that you might add to the shopping list. You are able to control whether cookies are allowed on your computer through your Internet browser’s security settings. See the Internet browser’s user documentation for further details on how this can be done.

What does the small pencil symbol under each item mean?

With this function you can compile and print your own shopping list with the pencil symbol. Only products that you have selected with the pencil symbol will be listed.
