Terms and Conditions of Participation – Lidl Stamp Card Prize Draw

1.Prize Draw

 

a. Lidl Great Britain Limited (hereinafter, Lidl or we) is conducting a prize draw called the Lidl Stamp Card Prize draw (Prize Draw). By participating in this Prize Draw you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Participation (Terms). With your consent, your personal data will be disclosed to Lidl Great Britain Limited by Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, Stiftsbergstraße 1, 74167 Neckarsulm, Germany to operate the Prize Draw.

 

2. Entry Criteria

 

a. The Prize Draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years old and over who are registered Lidl Plus members and users of the Lidl Plus app (the Lidl Plus app can be downloaded from the "App Store" or on "Google Play") (Participant or you) who are not:

i. agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw; or

ii. employees of Lidl.

 

3. Participation

 

a. To enter this Prize Draw:

i. you must be eligible to participate and complete four separate purchases with each purchase having a minimum value of £10 from a Lidl store in Great Britain (excluding the value of any infant formula you purchase) and identify yourself as a Lidl Plus customer whilst paying at the checkout by scanning your digital Lidl Plus customer card at the checkout between 07:00 on 6 January 2022 and 23:00 on 2 February 2022 (Prize Draw Period) inclusive (subject to store opening times) (each purchase a Qualifying Purchase);

ii. once you have completed each Qualifying Purchase in accordance with clause 3(a)(i) above, you will automatically receive one stamp on the stamp card in your Lidl Plus app (Stamp Card) for each Qualifying Purchase;

iii. once you have completed four Qualifying Purchases and have four stamps on the Stamp Card (Completed Stamp Card), you must submit the Completed Stamp Card by clicking ["SUBMIT MY CARD"] on the home screen within the Lidl Plus app to enter this Prize Draw, between [07:00] on 6 January 2022 and [23:59] on 2 February 2022. Please note that the receipt of a stamp or a Completed Stamp Card will not automatically enter you into this Prize Draw. The Completed Stamp Card must be submitted in accordance with this clause 3(a)(iii).

 

b. A Completed Stamp Card gives you one entry to this Prize Draw. You can enter this Prize draw multiple times by making Qualifying Purchases in multiples of four and submitting a Completed Stamp Card each time in line with clause 3(a) above. For example, if you receive eight stamps, you will have two Completed Stamp Cards, both of which must be submitted in accordance with clause 3(a)(iii) above. You will be deemed to have entered this Prize Draw once for every successfully submitted Completed Stamp Card.

 

c. If you have more than one Completed Stamp Card within the Lidl Plus app which you have not yet submitted, you will submit all of your unsubmitted Completed Stamp Cards at the same time when you submit one Completed Stamp Card by following the steps set out in clause 3(a)(iii). You will receive one entry for every Completed Stamp Card submitted.

 

d. There are 5,400 Prizes to be won in total. A Participant can enter this Prize Draw multiple times but can only win one Prize in this Prize Draw. A Participant will win the first Prize for which they are drawn and are eligible to win and any subsequent entries will be removed from the prize draw pool.

 

e. The Prize Draw shall appear in the home screen on your Lidl Plus app during the Prize Draw Period.

 

f. A stamp cannot be added to the stamp card in you Lidl Plus app retrospectively; you must follow the process in clause 3(a) above to enter.

 

g. All entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period. Any entries received after this time will be automatically disqualified and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

 

4. Prizes

 

a. You could win one of the following prizes:

 

i. 1 of 1 £25,000 cash prize cheque from Lidl;

ii. 1 of 1 MINI Electric Level 2 car and electric vehicle charging socket (including installation) (MINI Electric Package);

each a Prize, together Prizes

 

b. There will be 5,400 winners (each a Winner, together Winners). Multi Resource Marketing Ltd (MRM) will select the winning entries on behalf of Lidl on the 7 February 2022 (Prize Draw Date). A Participant's personal data and details are anonymised with unique identification numbers by Lidl prior to sending to MRM. MRM will randomly select each Winner using software which produces a verifiably random result in the order set out in clause 4(a) above.

 

c. Mando Corporation Limited will notify each Winner (excluding prizes for Lidl Plus coupons) on behalf of Lidl, via email using the email address the winner provided for their Lidl Plus account on or before 16 February 2022 (Prize Draw Notification). Mando Corporation Limited will request any further information it deems necessary and will provide details on how each Winner will have their prize fulfilled, as necessary.

 

d. Each Winner (save for those who win a Lidl Plus coupon) must respond to the Prize Draw Notification no later than 2 March 2022.  Reasonable efforts will be made to make contact each Winner over a period of 14 days. If it has not been possible to contact the Winner in that time, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a substitute Winner (selected in accordance with these Terms), who will have a period of 14 days to respond, and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.

 

e. If you are a Winner of a Lidl Plus coupon, the coupon will be displayed in the 'Coupons' section of the Lidl Plus app. Lidl will notify each Lidl Plus coupon Winners, via a push notification (where you have these enabled) on or before [16 February 2022] and the Lidl Plus Coupons will be added to the winner’s Lidl Plus account on the same day and displayed in the “Coupons” section of the Lidl Plus app. The coupon Prize will expire within 14 days of the customer receiving the coupon Prize. Lidl will not be liable for any failure to notify you that you are a Winner of a Lidl Plus coupon where this is because you do not have push notifications enabled.

 

5. Prize Terms

 

a. Some Prize providers have their own terms and conditions, instead of the terms listed in clause 5(b) below, for each Prize which are set out in the Table located at the end of these Terms and are set out in the following order:

i. Row A - MINI Electric Package Terms and Conditions

ii. Row B - Jet2holiday Terms and Conditions

iii. Row C - Haven Voucher Terms and Conditions

iv. Row D - My Spa Pass Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

v. Row E - £20 Lidl Plus coupon; £10 Lidl Plus coupon; or, £5 Lidl Plus coupon Terms and Conditions

 

b. All remaining prizes are subject to the following terms and conditions:

i. delivery is available to addresses within Great Britain only;

ii. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable;

iii. no cash alternative is available;

iv. Prizes will be delivered to winners within 28 days of confirming their details;

v. Prizes are subject to availability;

vi. in the event that any of the products listed above are unavailable, an alternative product of equal or higher value will be provided;

vii. the winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery note is checked on receipt;

viii. Prizes exclude anything not expressly listed in clause 4 above;

ix. none of the Prizes can be substituted or exchanged for an alternative prize or cash.

 

6. Prize delivery:

a. MINI Electric Package. If you win the MINI Electric Package, Lidl will notify you via email, using the email you have given on your Lidl Plus account, on or before [16 February 2022]. The MINI Electric Package will be delivered to your residential address in mainland Great Britain within three (3) months of the Prize Draw Notification. [Subject to the residential address being suitable for an EV Charged to be fitted, the EV Charger will be delivered to and installed at, your residential address in mainland Great Britain [within three (3) months of the Prize Draw Notification]].

​​​​​​​b. Jet2holiday. If you win a Prize Holiday, Lidl will notify you via email, using the email you have given on your Lidl Plus account, on or before [16 February 2022]. The Prize Holiday will be delivered as set out in Row B (Jet2holiday Terms and Conditions) of the Prize Provider Terms and Conditions below.. 

​​​​​​​c. Haven Voucher. If you win a Haven Voucher, Lidl will notify you via email, using the email you have given on your Lidl Plus account, on or before [16 February 2022]. The Haven Voucher will be delivered as set out in Row C (Haven Voucher Terms and Conditions) of the Prize Provider Terms and Conditions below.

 

£20 Lidl Plus coupon; £10 Lidl Plus coupon; £5 Lidl Plus coupon (together the “Coupons”). If you win one of the Coupons, Lidl will notify you [via push notification (where you have these enabled),], on or before [16 February 2022] and the Lidl Plus Coupons will be added to the winner’s Lidl Plus account on the same day and displayed in the “Coupons” section of the Lidl Plus app. Lidl will not be liable for any failure to notify you that you are a Winner of a Lidl Plus coupon where this is because you do not have push notifications enabled.

d. The remainder of the Prizes which are not listed in clauses 6(a – d) Lidl will notify you via email, using the email you have given on your Lidl Plus account, on or before [16 February 2022].

 

7. Liability

a. If we fail to comply with these Terms we are responsible to you for loss or damage that you suffer which is a foreseeable consequence of us breaking these Terms, or any losses or damage you suffer as a result of our failing to use reasonable care and skill.

b. We do not accept any responsibility to you: 

i. if you are unable to access the Lidl Plus app or the Prize Draw and redeem a Voucher (if awarded) due to there being no or limited WLAN connection available through your mobile device; or

ii. for any losses or delays in transmission of messages, relating any Prize, arising out of the use of any Internet access service provider or mobile network service provider or caused by any browser or other software which is not under our control.

 

c. We do not exclude or limit in any way liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for failing to use our reasonable care and skill in providing the Prize Draw or Prizes.

d. We are responsible for damage to your property if the Prize Draw, or any Prize we have supplied via the app, damages a device or digital content belonging to you. We will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage could have been avoided by following our advice to apply an update to the Lidl Plus app, for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation and download instructions or your unlawful use of the app.

e. Lidl accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

f. Lidl may substitute a Prize deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in the place of any of the Prizes.

 

8. Cancellation

a. Lidl reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Prize Draw without prior notice for reasons beyond its control. Lidl may make this decision:

i. for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the system, manipulation or hardware or software failures, etc.); and / or

ii. for legal reasons, if the Prize Draw cannot be carried out in accordance with these Terms, and we will let you know as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the impact.

 

b. If the cancellation is caused by unlawful and culpable conduct on the part of a Participant, Lidl has the right to claim compensation for any damage suffered.

 

9. Disqualification

a. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms by participating in this Prize Draw. Lidl reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prizes to anyone in breach of these Terms.

b. Lidl reserves the right to exclude Participants without prior notice and to prevent their participation.

c. All users who use prohibited means for participation (e.g. hacking tools, viruses, Trojans, etc.) will be excluded.

d. Participation in the Prize Draw by groups of players, automatic services, professional services or anybody who is not eligible under clause 2 above is not permitted.

 

10. General

a. The decision of Lidl regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

b. Subject to clauses 7(c) and 7(d) and without prejudice to Lidl's data protection obligations under relevant law, Lidl will publish the surname and county of each Winner on its website which will be accessible via a weblink from the Lidl Plus app. In addition, Lidl will make available, upon receipt of a written request to: data.protection@lidl.co.uk, the Winner(s) surname and county (or such other information Lidl deems necessary).

c. Participants to the Prize Draw have the right, at or before the time of entry, to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with clause 7(b). You can object by contacting: data.protection@lidl.co.uk.

d. Notwithstanding clause 7(c) above, Lidl will provide the information set out in clause 7(b) upon request from the Advertising Standards Authority.

e. Data charges may apply when using the Lidl Plus app.

f. This Prize Draw is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of the prize providers.  

g. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and Participants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

11. Promoter

The Promoter of this Prize Draw is Lidl Great Britain Limited, 19 Worple Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 4JS.

 

12. Data Protection

Lidl Great Britain Limited is the controller for the processing of the personal data of each Participant. Lidl Great Britain Limited has appointed a data protection officer who is available at: data.protection@lidl.co.uk. 

​​​​​​​b. Categories and origin of the data:

In order to operate the Prize Draw, the following personal data will be disclosed to Lidl Great Britain Limited by Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, Stiftsbergstraße 1, 74167 Neckarsulm, Germany:

i. customer ID of each Participant in the Prize Draw;

ii. the first name and surname as well as telephone number of each Winner.

Furthermore, Lidl Great Britain Limited may collect any other personal data required to send or hand over the Prize directly from each Winner.

​​​​​​​c. Purposes and legal bases of processing:

Lidl Great Britain Limited will use the personal data collected to operate the Prize Draw (e.g. drawing winners, notifying winners, sending the prize). This processing takes place because you have given Lidl Great Britain Limited your consent (Art 6.1.a GDPR). Photographs or videos of the Winner could be taken during the Prize giving; these may be published together with the name and home town of any Winner in promotional media of Lidl Great Britain Limited (e.g., press release, lidl.co.uk, employee magazine, Facebook). The processing of this data is based on our legitimate interest so Lidl Great Britain Limited can promote itself and its prize draws (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). In addition, there is a public interest (in particular on the part of the other participants) to see that a prize draw is taking place and prizes are being won. You have the right to object to your personal information being published or made available, or request to reduce the amount of information published or made available. You can exercise these rights by emailing: data.protection@lidl.co.uk. In such circumstances, Lidl Great Britain Ltd must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency if challenged.

​​​​​​​d. Recipients/categories of recipient:

Data is only transferred to third parties where this is necessary for the implementation of the Prize Draw (e.g. sending the Prize via a logistics company) or in order to publish any Winner (e.g. on Facebook). Apart from that, we do not transfer the data to third parties.

​​​​​​​e. Storage time/criteria for determining storage time:

At the end of the Prize Draw and announcement of each Winner, the personal data of each Participant will be deleted.

​​​​​​​f. Rights of data subjects:

Participants have the right to obtain information, free of charge, about the personal data stored about them. In addition, a Participant has the right to request the deletion or restriction of processing of its personal data as well as the right to receive a copy of the data in a structured format. A Participant has the right at any time to object to data processing that is necessary in order to protect legitimate interests of Lidl Great Britain Limited or a third party. Where a Participant has provided its consent, it is entitled to withdraw consent at any time.

g. You have the right to make a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in the United Kingdom which is the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). A complaint can be lodged with ICO on its website at: www.ico.org.uk or by contacting their helpline on 0303 123 1113.

Prize Provider Terms and Conditions

ROW AMINI Electric Package Terms and Conditions

Prize consists of:

  • one Mini Electric Level 2 Automatic car with a choice of five exterior colours, including the first car registration fee and number plate fees (Mini Electric); and subject to the residential address being suitable for an EV Charged to be fitted, one 7kW Universal Electric Vehicle Charging Socket including professional electrical installation and delivery and a portable charging cable and cable bag (EV Charger).
  • The Winner must be over the age of 18. The Mini Electric will be delivered to the Winner's home address in mainland Great Britain within three (3) months of the Prize Draw Notification.
  • The Mini Electric will only be delivered on receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the Winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current [UK] driver’s licence. All documentation is to be provided to the prize provider, Element London, who will be in touch with the Winner to request this documentation before delivery of the prize.
  • The prize winner is responsible for insuring and (if applicable) paying road tax for the Mini Electric [and all the other ongoing costs associated with using the prize once delivered.]
  • The prize winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation from that person.  The Prize excludes personal expenses and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
  • The prize is subject to availability.
  • There is no cash alternative. If the Winner decides to make any amendments to the Mini Electric after it has been ordered such amendments may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the Winner.
  • This Prize Draw is not affiliated with or endorsed by MINI.  
ROW BJet2holiday Terms and Conditions

The Jet2holiday prizes holidays are as follows and will be drawn in the following order:

  • Prize 1

7 night holiday for 2 adults (who each must be 18 years or older at date of travel) and 2 children (aged up to 14 years on the date of return) in a Family room on an all-inclusive* basis at the Eftalia Ocean Resort & Spa, Antalya, Turkey: https://www.jet2holidays.com/beach/turkey/antalya-area/nr-alanya/eftalia-ocean-resort-and-spa. This prize must be taken in between one of the following date bands (including all return travel: 01/05/2022- 27/05/2022;  06/06/2022 - 21/07/2022; 01/08/2022 - 15/08/2022;  05/09/2022 - 21/10/2022).

This prize must be taken in between one of the following date bands (including all return travel: 01/05/2022- 27/05/2022; 06/06/2022 - 21/07/2022;  01/08/2022 - 15/08/2022;  05/09/2022 - 21/10/2022).

  • Prize 3

7 night holiday for 2 adults (who each must be 18 years or older at date of travel) and 2 children (aged up to 15 years on the date of return) in a Double family room with Pool view on an all-inclusive* basis at the 3HB Guarana, Algarve, Portugal: https://www.jet2holidays.com/beach/portugal/algarve/olhos-dagua-albufeira/3hb-guarana-previously-known-as-riu-guarana. This prize must be taken in between one of the following date bands (including all return travel: 01/05/2022- 27/05/2022;  06/06/2022 - 21/07/2022;  01/08/2022 - 15/08/2022;  05/09/2022 - 21/10/2022).

  • *All inclusive includes all meals, beverages at onsite dining establishments. Charges may be applied for dining at some restaurants, special dishes, some beverages and other amenities. Further details on what comprises of ‘All Inclusive’ can be requested from Jet2holidays if you are chosen as a Winner.

Each prize is subject to the following terms:but 

  • Every holiday includes the package with return Jet2.com flights from the Winner's choice of 10 UK airports (subject to availability), in-resort transfers and 22kg baggage allowance per person. All prizes must be booked by 22nd April 2022.
  • A valid credit card will be requested upon arrival at the hotel to cover any incidentals and local taxes/charges and/or resort fees that are not included as part of the Prize.
  • If a prize is not booked by the 22 April 2022, it will be deemed forfeited.
  • Prize excludes travel other than stated including transfers to and from the airport in the UK, COVID tests, visas or other travel documentation, departure or local tourist taxes, events, activities, spending money or any other expenditure. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance. The Winner is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of all other such elements. All taxes, costs, liabilities and unspecified expenses associated with the usage of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
  • Winners will be supplied with a unique code to claim their holiday, they will need to email prizewinners@jet2holidays.com with the code to claim the prize.
  • This prize can be booked via email communication only
  • Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw are not eligible to win this prize.
  • Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.  Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
  • The prize is subject to these terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these prize draw terms and conditions, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence
  • The prize is subject to availability. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
  • Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute any prize with alternative dates/ property or destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
  • Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed. 
  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the Winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
  • Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions. The prize duration may not be extended and the hotel may not be changed by the Winner. Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for flights and accommodation.
  • All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar. 
  • Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy).
  • Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the holiday or dates of travel, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
  • All personal information submitted to Jet2holidays in connection with the Prize Draw is subject to and will be processed in accordance with Jet2.com privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"), which can be accessed here: https://jet2.com/en/privacy   
ROW CHaven Voucher Terms and Conditions
  • The Haven Voucher is only available to a Winner who is aged 21 years old or older.
  • The Haven Voucher consists of £2,000 towards a Haven holiday. The Winner may only use one Haven Voucher which may only be used against one new Haven holiday booking for 2022 at one Haven park only.
  • The Haven Voucher cannot be redeemed against holidays already booked with Haven.
  • Each Winner must book the holiday using the Haven Voucher by 31 May 2022.
  • The Haven Voucher is as stated. The Haven Voucher cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or re-sold. There is no cash substitute. The Haven Voucher is non-transferable. If the cost of the holiday is less than the value of the Haven Vouchers, there will be no refund of the difference. If the cost of the holiday is more than the value of the Voucher, then the Winner must pay the difference.
  • The holiday can only be booked via the Haven Contact Centre team on 0333 202 5428. The holiday cannot be booked online or via a travel agent.
  • The Haven Voucher cannot be used against on-park spend.
  • All personal information submitted to Haven in connection with the Prize Draw is subject to and will be processed in accordance with Haven’s privacy policy, which can be accessed here:  https://www.haven.com/support/privacy-policy

  • My Spa Pass Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • My Spa Pass will not honour any expired gift vouchers. You can contact My Spa Pass to extend the gift voucher prior to the expiry date at a fee of £10.00 and a new voucher will be sent to you.
  • My Spa Pass is not held responsible for loss, damage, theft or expiration of vouchers.
  • My Spa Pass Gift Vouchers can only be used at any of the My Spa Pass participating sites and can be found on the My Spa Pass website. To book, please contact the participating site directly, state that you have a Spa Gift voucher from My Spa Pass and that you would like to use it to redeem against your spa booking.
  • My Spa Pass Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the bill for any goods or services exceed the value of the gift voucher you must pay the remaining balance direct to the partner. If the value for goods or services is below the voucher value then no cash will be given back from the participating site for any difference. You must have your physical voucher upon arrival of your chosen participating site – without this the site will ask for payment via another method.
  • My Spa Pass Gift Vouchers do not work in conjunction with any agreed discounts that My Spa Pass Members have access to.

Each coupon is only available in a digital format so cannot be printed and is subject to the redemption criteria below:

  • the coupon is only redeemable in Lidl branches in Great Britain (which excludes Northern Ireland) by the Lidl Plus account holder who must be 18 years old or over;
  • the coupon must be presented at the time of purchase at the till and can only be redeemed on a purchase made after the time of presentation at the till (not on purchases already made);
  • the coupon must be activated by clicking an activate button;
  • the coupon is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative is offered;
  • the coupon is not for resale or publication;
  • screenshots, pictures or online printouts of the coupon will not be accepted;
  • only original coupon within the Lidl Plus App is valid;
