The terroir of the Côtes de Gascogne region ranges from clay limestone soils to sandy soils, a paradise for winemakers. Crisp with a dry finish, this white contains scented Sauvignon aromas and crunchy fruit notes. For optimum results, pair with a goat’s cheese salad or spinach frittata.
