Most of Tuscany’s wine production is red, however an increasing number of producers are making attractive, dry whites from the Vermentino grape. This example has notes of white peach and herbs - and is fruity, with a dry finish. Try pairing a glass of this with dishes such as prawn salad or pasta primavera.
