One of Piedmont’s less well-known treasures, the Dolcetto grape produces attractive, scented reds. This example shows bright aromas, along with red cherry and kirsch notes for a dry, fresh and appetising red wine. A delightful match for classic Italian food, try serving with creamy pasta, Bolognese or polenta with mushroom sauce.
