In France’s warm, sunny South, Roussillon makes wonderfully ripe, warming reds, and this is a lovely example from the region's top red grapes. Satisfying and fruit driven, this red wine is backed by pepper and spice. A bold and warming wine such as this would be delicious served alongside chilli con carne, game, burgers or dishes such as mushrooms in red wine.
