Generally made from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, this Vin Santo is from the Tuscan region of Chianti, which is renowned for its production of wine. Intensely flavoured and thrilling, this wine features notes of dried fruit and caramel and is slightly nutty. For a mouth-watering pairing, we suggest having yours with cantucci, nuts or simnel cake.
