Meet Tony Singh
Born and raised in Leith, Edinburgh, our celebrity chef Tony Singh MBE is a world-renowned Scottish chef and restaurateur whose passion remains celebrating the best of Scotland’s larder.
His signature cooking style is a fusion of Scottish culinary traditions and bold Asian flavours, and he’s known for his bright, artistic presentation. We invited Tony to the Royal Highland Show and asked him to create some recipes that showcased our Pick of Scotland range.
