    What healthy snacks do you recommend children have at school?

    “Fruit makes a great snack for children on school days – something like an orange will give them the vitamins, and a banana will give a slow release of sugar which should keep their energy levels up during the day.

    For a change, you could add a natural yogurt with some honey, just to spice it up a little a bit.”
