Deluxe Luxury Cheese Selection
Our carefully chosen Deluxe Luxury Cheese Selection offers the perfect balance of flavours and textures, so all that's left for you to do is find a suitable board to display them! Each of the five cheeses comes with tasting notes and wine pairings, helping you make the most of each and every slice.
The selection includes: Belton Farm Mature Red Leicester, White Stilton P.D.O & Blueberries, Ashley Chase Coastal Cheddar, French Mini Brie and Bleu D'Auvergne P.D.O.
A well-balanced cheeseboard lets the flavour of everything on it shine through.
At its simplest, a good cheeseboard should feature a soft, hard and blue cheese. For a larger spread, add in blended cheese and even a goat’s milk variety to add strong flavour.
Cheese should be served at room temperature, so remember to take it out of the fridge in good time.
Don’t forget about the sides – a good selection of crackers, oatcakes and crisp breads is essential, plus figs, grapes and a fruity chutney.
The cheese course is a good time to bring out the port, or try sloe gin for a fruity hit.
MasterChef finalists Billy and Jack share their take on Christmas cheesy chips – it's a great way to use up cheeseboard leftovers, too
Jazz up your roast potatoes with a very tasty blue cheese and crispy onion topping. Crumble some Stilton into the roasting tray while they're still hot from the oven. Give it a good shake and top with crispy fried onions to serve – beautiful!
