Graduate Store Manager
Our Graduate Store Management training programme is ideal for you to gain retail experience and develop your management skills by leading a team of up to 25 people within a store-based environment. This demanding 12-24 month programme is focused on moulding you into an effective Store Manager and will provide you with real responsibility, so be prepared. It is our expectation that within 2 years, our Graduate Store Managers should be ready to progress onto the next stage of a promising career and begin training to become a member of our District Management team.
The Role:
Motivating, leading and developing your store team
Providing excellent customer service
Responsible for sales maximisation and cost control
A practical hands on approach to store operations
Your Profile:
Degree Educated
Management experience desirable but not essential
Proactive, with an eye for detail
Excellent people skills with a strong customer focus
Determined to achieve results and be successful
Flexible attitude and adaptable to change
The Rewards:

Store Managers up to £35,000pa and Deputies up to £23,000pa
