District Manager
Our fast-track programme into District Management is for outstanding self-confident degree educated individuals who can make a significant difference to our business from day one. This includes leading and managing a team of up to 50 people to achieve successful results, through effective decision making and ownership of a multi-million pound business unit. There is a steep learning curve and we'll give you the chance to take early responsibility of up to five stores.

Your Profile:
Degree educated
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Confident and determined to achieve
Effective planning and organisational skills
Flexible, mobile and adaptable to change
German language would be an advantage
