Your personality is the key
Property Acquisition Management
Our Acquisition Managers are the backbone of our expansion programme, identifying opportunities, negotiating deals with landowners and agreeing purchase contracts. The Planning process is also driven by the Manager from start to finish. Key relationships need to be developed with Agents, Developers, Vendors and Landlords.
Construction Management
Out Construction Managers are responsible for overseeing the timely construction of all new Lidl stores, extensions or mixed use schemes from inception to completion. Responsible also for ensuring Health and Safety and Building Control Regulations are adhered to and that quality and cost control are maintained throughout the entire building process.
