This challenging 24 month programme develops excellent Store Managers and highlights our Area/District Managers of the future. It offers an ideal training platform to develop your management and leadership skills within retail.
The programme offers grounding in the basics of retail before moving onto Store Management operations.
Based in our stores, you will be trained by an experienced Store Manager who will guide you through the programme, in addition to getting hands-on training in store operations, human resource management and customer service. After your training period, you will manage and lead your own team, maximising sales within your store and controlling costs.
This challenging programme will allow you to discover new talents that you didn't know you had and set you on the path to becoming a successful Store Manager.
With a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline you must be customer focused and highly motivated. We're looking for graduates with a passion for retail and an eye for detail. You will also be proactive and adaptable to change. Retail experience would be an advantage but not essential as you will receive training in all aspects of retail management, however you must be a motivator with a pragmatic approach to store operations.
Starting on £32k pa with 30 days holiday pa (including Bank Holidays) plus a contributory pension scheme, this programme offers a fantastic introduction to retail operations and if you shine, it could also provide the stepping stone onto our Area/District Management programme.
